No prior knowledge of “The Prophet” is required. Whether you’re familiar with Gibran’s work or encountering it for the first time, the course is designed to be accessible and enriching for all participants.
Each session typically lasts around 20 minutes, including time for reading and reflection on the selected poem.

While we encourage regular participation for the fullest experience, all sessions will be recorded and available for participants to access at their convenience.

No prior meditation experience is necessary. The course is designed to accommodate beginners as well as those with existing meditation practices. Instructions will be provided to guide participants through each session.
